A big thank you to doctors, nurses, scientists and researchers of our country from HELMEPA Junior Members
Every year on May 12th, International Nurses Day is celebrated aiming to remind the wider society of the invaluable contribution of all those who offer care, relief and attention to every person facing health problems.
Especially this year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the work of doctors and nursing staff was even more difficult, as they were at the forefront of tackling the pandemic at the risk of getting sick or even losing their lives.
HELMEPA Junior members, recognizing their “superhuman” efforts to save our fellow human beings, prepared messages and drawings to tell them a big THANK YOU!
The video below shows 92 messages from 16 Kindergartens and 76 messages from 11 Primary Schools in different regions, dedicated to doctors, nurses as well as to every scientist and researcher for the work they do during the difficult period we are going through.

A huge WELL DONE should also go to children–members and volunteer teachers of the HELMEPA Junior Program for their sensitivity and respond on this effort.
